Project Description:
This City of Las Vegas project included a 27,000 s.f. warehouse/office building located just south of an existing facility and within an enclosed compound with limited parking.  The building includes administrative warehouse storage area, office control entry area, IT storage, lobby reception vestibule, restrooms/janitor closet, media vault, election room, fire riser room and kitchen/break area.
